配电变压器烧毁原因及防范措施

1、供配电电力变压器(qi)保护好配备不统一(yi)适

配电变压器高、低压侧无熔断器, 有的虽安装跌落式熔断器, 但采用铝丝或铜丝替代熔丝, 致使低压短路或过载时熔丝无法正常熔断而烧毁配电变压器。配电变压器的高、低压熔体配置容量过大, 从而造成配电变压器严重过载时烧毁配电变压器。

6、过负(fu)荷率

我们对客户低压线路、设备验收把关不严, 由于工程质量差, 导线每相弧垂相差太大, 大风造成低压短路,低压设备安装不规范等原因烧毁配电变压器。在综合配电变压器容量富裕度不足的情况下,接入临时基建、临时用电负荷的情况,造成过负荷烧毁配变。

防(fang)护的措(cuo)施


1、适当标准配置保养, 新技术(shu)政(zheng)策不足

在配电变压器投运前, 严格安装高、低压熔体, 同时测试负荷情况,分析原因。严格按照《中低压配电网实用技术指导书》中相关规定执行,按负荷情况配置熔体, 但不得超过下列要求:
( 1) 容量在100 kV·A 以上的配电变压器, 配置1.5~2.0 倍额定电流的熔体;
( 2)容量在100 kV·A 以下的配电变压器, 配置2.0~3.0 倍额定电流的熔体;
( 3) 低压侧熔体应按额定电流稍大一点选择。


2、不断加强居民用电热负荷的(de)管(guan)理

每台供电设备系统箱式(shi)变压(ya)器(qi)都要(yao)重新安装4级通过(guo)成绩所剩功(gong)率拉(la)(la)(la)伸(shen)的(de)(de)小(xiao)动(dong)作(zuo)图(tu)片(pian)防(fang)护(hu)的(de)(de)裝置(zhi)。在(zai)其投🐬产时需做以下检(jian)验操作(zuo): ( 1) 带变压(ya)器(qi)容(rong)量分(fen)、合按(an)钮开关(guan)3 次, 不(bu)应误动(dong); ( 2) 用检(jian)测(ce)按(an)钮开关(gu🧜an)检(jian)测(ce)3 次, 应正(zheng)確拉(la)(la)(la)伸(shen)的(de)(de)小(xiao)动(dong)作(zuo)图(tu)片(pian);( 3) 各相(xiang)用检(jian)测(ce)电容(rong)接地(di)防(fang)护(hu)检(jian)测(ce)3 次, 应正(zheng)確拉(la)(la)(la)伸(shen)的(de)(de)小(xiao)动(dong)作(zuo)图(tu)片(pian)。在(zai)使(shi)用中月(yue)月(yue)试(shi)跳(tiao)1 次, 应正(zheng)確拉(la)(la)(la)伸(shen)的(de)(de)小(xiao)动(dong)作(zuo)图(tu)片(pian)。请勿对低(di)压(ya)低(di)4级通过(guo)成绩漏电防(fang)护(hu)的(de)(de)器(qi)撤(che)出使(shi)用,若(ruo)经常出现脱扣内(nei)部错(cuo)误,应及(ji)早(zao)先(xian)安全检(jian)查原(yuan)由,处置(zhi)内(nei)部错(cuo)误,后供电设备。
